=/ let the troll be a troll. if one is to minus rep another, they should express their opinion on why they disagree/were offended by something the other user said. If there isn't a follow up posting explaing why, then it's a troll. period.

well i dont always kiss and tell XD anyway yea i just felt like wasting it, but i say guilt deserves it i saw some awesome posts that he/she did and i never got to rep them XD

but it's because rep is just used like this that it has very little meaning anymore.

you know i dont understand users who neg rep other users, seems like a waste to me, i mean why neg rep somebody for trolling or being rude, when you can reward someone who deservers it for posting hentai or making you laugh or educating you. people shouldn't endorse negative behavior and with that rep would be a lot more meaningful. The only time someone should get neg rep is for breaking rules as a reminder or being extremely rude to the point where they should be banned like cursing at an admin.
