So direct rule from Jacob is that we are allowed to Necro any topic in IB...So i got to thinking what if i Necro the LAST topic on the last page of IB?

Thoughts that run through my head:
-12 people are going to neg rep me even though I'm allowed to do it.
-7 to 9 people are going to complain to me about doing it.
