like remember the first movie... that was some big ass moves he did. and in the 2 gen games the in game guy had lv.100 pikachu, now if thats ash how the hell does pikachu learn brand new moves when hes that level? does his lv. reset? this is not digimon dammit

How come whenever a pokemon battle, they get damage a lot, they don't bleed?

Razor leaf is sharp right? Why does it not cut any pokemon when used on them but it clearly cuts trees and others?
