I rage at those hentai mangas where underaged girls are raped. Oh that just drives me insane. Usually I can avoid them, but occasionally you'll end up getting caught off guard.
Likewise, I really hate ones where the women have everything going for them and they get kidnapped, rapes and mentally destroyed/killed/enslaved. It's so common in hentai and it drives me crazy. I mean, I like a little rape occasionally, but the amount of sadism some hentai manga artists display just makes me slightly sick. I really wish that some would actually be willing to have good endings once and a while. I'd be able to actually enjoy their work more.
It's actually a reason I like Fakku. Many of the translated things here are more pleasant in tone.

Older man (possibly bald or very hairy)
really overweight with a girl half his size (even worse if it's gang rape)
super asshole (Worst part, they hardly ever get what's coming to them)
Any doujin with those three usually turn me off to the thing. =-=
