I think that the folks in this thread got "does not want" mixed up with genuine "instant berserk button", or at least I want that to be the case.
That said, what generally makes me rage is stuff that happens in hentai that just would not go down in real life. Poor artwork, poor animation quality (if we're talking video), a lack of a decent plot or scene build up leading to the sex scenes. For me, all of these are a must for it to be appealing.
