What the hell do I do?

I called in sick today, because I was bloated all morning (woke at 5am), and puked a couple times. My cunt of a manager gave me a snappy tone and said I needed a doctors' note the next time I come in (Monday). Problem is, I'm not about to go to the damn doctor for what's most likely just early pregnancy symptoms. My manager knows something is up, I had to leave work early yesterday to go to the doctor and get some tests run, but I didn't think to get a note.

What the fuck do I do? D:

Go to an urgent care?
Not get a note at all and just tell her that I don't need a goddamn note to prove that I'm sick?
Try calling the doc I went to yesterday?
