I've only been pregnant once prior to this...but have had a couple scares that just turned out to be overreading symptoms and a late period from stress. We're not using much protection, just timing it around my period. Before you go into the WHY AREN'T YOU ON ANYTHING rant, we had wanted to get me on an IUD but were scared of the potential infertility risk associated with it. And then we also wanted to avoid using any hormonal forms of BC, because it would have made me insane. So while the lack of BC was pretty stupid, I'm not regretting it because I would love our child to death.




The problem was that I had already gone to the doc for that the day before I called in sick....but my manager still wanted a note for the day I called off, which was related to WHY I had gone to the doc the day before.
