It is only a work of fiction. It has no real significance on the personality of the person using that material. A person reading a murder novel does not mean he wants to kill someone.

I won't deny that Makoto is totally a prick, but I'm more interested on the personality of the heroines rather than him. I couldn't even care less of that bastard. Don't you enjoy seeing him killed whenever there is a bad end?

I did enjoy most of the anime i just hated Makoto a lot. I could've went without watching the the show.... But it only let me know that there are horrible anime's out there~
