As the title says. DO YOU EVER JUST HAVE THAT WEEK WHERE YOU FEEL LIKE SHIT?!
For me, I had a few weeks feeling like shit... Dead, tired, no mood, Emo, depressed... Well, I kinda happy now. So I just leave the answering to you =)

Not really, I try not to let anything bother me, I've got too much on mind with school/work to let anything get me down.

I get dat feel every now and then, but usually for about a day or two, I'm better after a day or so.
When I get in that mood, I just try not to talk to people.

Is it really true if we keep ourselves busy, we will not think too much and not be depressed, etc. ?

I think people can just get stuck in a rut and don't know what to do for a variety of reasons. Things just may not be going there way some of the time or routunes becomeing boring there's tons of reasons I'm sure why people would feel awful for a while.
