Took the test a few times to see if there was a difference:
Aurora, IL Server
Arlington Heights, IL Server
Chicago, IL Server
Still got a pretty constant grouping of speeds.
When downloading a game on Steam, I can usually download up to 7.0 MB/sec.

And no I am not on fiber wire I just pay an ass load.
Which is the fastest Non-school or fiber wire connection posted, so +1 to my epeen stat I guess.
I'm also testing from my pc that is on a 30ft cat5 cable. So its ever so slightly degraded.
