Ar Tonelico 2

I based it on the chronology of when the hero is joined by the reyvetail. Cloche meets Croah first as Aurica joins Lyner first. Luca and Misha joins second. Mir and Shurelia joined last. Also because i find Luca and Misha similar in their aggressiveness towards the hero if you know what i mean.

It depends, really. If you play the bad localization (as I did, I was just getting whatever for my new sparkly ps2 back then) and somehow fall hard enough for it to actually do all the homework, you're sure to able to appreciate Ar tonelico for what it really is. But if you're not into much studying (there's a lot, really, the world is complex) then it's better to wait for the retranslation. Well, tbh it won't be complete either because to understand Ar tonelico completely you have to do some reading anyway, but at the very least you get to enjoy it the way it's meant to be, and that's vastly different from the horrible deterioration that NIS gave us.

If you have any interest in At2 then do try this out. The criminal version by NISA did horrible injustice to this game.

I really, really wish I had the time to help test out this beta patch. I would've liked to help those guys out who put in so much work already into this game since I do have a modded PS2.

I remember playing the first one, brings back memories, though I think this game has a bug where you are stuck on one battle and the known work around was some sort of thing needed with a Modded PS2(which I didn't have at the time) so I ragequit lol.


Still very fun and the RPG elements aren't half bad, I wish there was a harem route tho, once you get too close to one girl the others will auto friendzone you haha.


PS The Main Chara's(the only dude I remember) best line in the game is MAXIMUM PENETRATION! ~ I'm a leave that here
