[Locked] FAKKU Subscription Beta Chapters

To kick off the beta test of subscriptions we have made two new chapters available to beta testers. These chapters will be available to everyone when the service goes live, but for now only beta testers will be able to access them. We will be randomly picking beta testers from this forum thread. If you are interested in becoming a tester and comfortable starting your subscription early (while we work out the bugs), leave a reply in the thread!

I do nit participate but one could guess one or two months would be needed.

Assuming everything works as intended, it should be a lot sooner than that.

Is the current plan to have the subscription chapters downloadable? Or are they just going to be viewable in your browser? I would hope that the chapters would be downloadable (especially since you're paying for them), but the recent "gift" chapters haven't been downloadable even though they're specifically for the folks who bought a FAKKU release. On the other hand, the tankouban that FAKKU has released have been downloadable, which has been great. I hate reading manga in my browser and much prefer to be able to download a zip file with the images and view them locally in my application of choice. And if the content is only viewable in the browser rather than downloadable, then you won't be able to view it later if something happens and FAKKU isn't around anymore (though hopefully that won't happen anytime soon). So, I really hope that the subscription content is going to be downloadable like the tankouban are rather than restricted to the browser like the gift chapters have been.

Reader only. There might be an option to buy the magazines later so you can download them but it will be a just like buying a Fakku Book and not part of the subscription service.
This is what I gathered from other threads.

I am up for it but would like to know
1. How long will the beta be fore, 1 month 2 month etc and if it is more then a month can the the tester drop out after the month.
2. Will there be some sort of read offline mode
3. Will there be a option to buy digital version of the mag or individual chapters to keep like books
4. Will the mag be uploaded in one go or will it upload chapter by chapter/bit by bit

One suggestions, can the be a random button for the mag, so when a user clicks it, it will display a random chapter out of the mag

So the reason I can't access this content, is it because I don't have BitCoin?

I'm sure this is just the first thing they wanted to test. So their is a chance later you'll be picked to help test out a later part. Then again this is just me assuming.

Well, I'm all for buying individual magazines for download be it as a subscription where you pay monthly or where you buy each magazine individually. So, if that happens, I'll be very excited. But paying to only view the content in my browser really does not interest me. It's exciting that all of this content will be translated, and it looks like it includes some mangaka that I'm very interested in who never seem to get translated (e.g. LINDA), but I'm definitely going to wait for an option where I can pay to download rather than pay to just view the content in my browser. Still, the fact that we're getting that much is a start, and it could lead to actually being able to download the content. So, the fact that this is happening is very positive even if it's really not what I want at the moment.
