Black Friday Doubt

Ok, so I'm jumping on my seat since I saw today's offer. Since I'm from Spain, shipping costs have always been a huge drawback for me, which is why up until now, I have only bought Fakku books on Valentine's Day. So, this is great news for me.

Now, my question is, since I'm probably about to empty my online shopping credit card right now buying everything I can, is there going to be any other offer soon (as it says day 1 right there...) that you can tell us about and that may be even more worthwhile for me than this one?

Thank you for any information you can provide, and for this great offer!! :D

So I should expect a discount on digital editions? Free shipping is better for me.
Thanks for the info, anyway.

Well i bought 1 poster lol. The postage always put me off buying physical copies, shame i have all the ones i want already (digitally i mean), no point buying them all over again at full price.

But I think you can get a refund for your digital copy if you buy the full version, so it could be worth it.

Jacob wrote something about this here: https://www.fakku.net/forums/books/fakku-books-faq

How do I "upgrade" my digital edition to a paperback?
Place an order for the paperback and go through the entire process. Once done, send an email to store@fakku.net with the order ID numbers for your two orders (which will be in the emails we sent) and we will refund the cost of the digital edition.

This sale is amazing. I don't particularly like the cost of shipping to Canada (although I can understand why, these things are heavy!), so I've been holding off on buying a few books. Now, with this sale, I went kind of crazy.

- Porno Switch
- Titikei
- Fresh Pudding
- Pandemonium
- Let's Do It

So excited.

I wanted a few more too, but I'll call it quits here. Thanks FAKKU, for offering such a great deal! :)

I would say the sale will last for the whole weekend with rotating discounts every day.
First day free shipping, second day discount for digitals, third day discount for subscription would be my guess...

Couldn't say it better! I live in Germany so the shipping costs are like prison shower sex, but as soon as I saw the free shipping I upgraded all my digital editions.

Now I'm waiting for the sale of the digital editions so that I can buy the two books of which I got only the print edition (some time ago on an amazon sale)...

I did the exact same as I live in the UK.
Let's Do It, Kira Kira, Pandemonium and After School Vanilla were the lucky ones. Best $80 I've spent.

I bought upgrades for eight of the books which were released this year (I mean, with the upgrade I pay 10$ per book - a deal to good to go to waste) and thought that would be enough. As I read that the free shipping ends soon I got tempted and now also bought Alluring Woman, Peachy-Butt Girls and Welcome to Tokoharu Apartments - classics which missed in my collection.
As soon as the (now confirmed) digital sale starts I'll buy PuniKano and Fresh Pudding for 5$ each...

Alluring Women is a fantastic book. It's the second one I bought from here. With our Lord and Saviour Homunculus' Renai Sample being my first ever purchase.
Today is a good day for us Europeans. I reckon Fakku has done well from the free shipping offer.

My first fakku book was "Malty Gaze" which happens to also be my favorite by them (although I bought the paperback from amazon).
And it was indeed a great day! Would be good for us all if the mass on orders (they had around 260 in between my upgrade order and the one with Alluring Women) brought enough money so that giving us free shipping was worthwhile for them as this could motivate them to do such sales more often. Having this opportunity every half a year would be enough for us internationals to catch up with the paperbacks.

I dream of a future in which fakku expands to a point where they have a location in Europe...

I'm kind of glad the free shipping offer finally ended. Earlier today I was tempted to order another couple of books, despite it not being in my budget to do so. I guess I'll settle for the five I have ordered (for now).

I really hope FAKKU does another offer like this in the near future. Even if it's twice a year, it'd allow me to purchase (and keep up-to-date) on all of the FAKKU releases, without breaking the bank paying for shipping. Given the response to this deal, it's apparent many (myself included) were waiting for something like this. I hope it profited FAKKU as well, giving them both and continued customer purchases.

Once again, great work FAKKU! I look forward to receiving my new shipment of books. :)

Bought "Metamorphosis" as it's not my cup of tea but I still want to complete my (digital) library. Speculated on a sale on all digital books, but with the deal I got yesterday I can't really complain...
