Publishing process if a Japanese artist approaches Fakku

Do they need an existing scanlation group backing them or does Fakku assign a translator for them (if fakku agrees to publish them?) I really wanted to ask if Yukimi / Enuma elish would be willing to publish their doujinshi to a western audience since they've been selling a few of their works digitally for a while but didn't know how easy/hard it was for them to get on Fakku or even 2d market?

I believe if it's something fakku publishes and not 2d/SHIKIMAYA/ENSHODO the translators onsite does it. Yuri-ism had there own deal with isya. Actually the non fakku publishers just use the store for their releases, we just collect the money and put it on the reader/downloader.

I imagine if it's going to be published by FAKKU then FAKKU wants to ensure that the work done meets their standards. I doubt they would commission another party to do the work. At least I'm pretty sure everything with the FAKKU brand on it is done in-house.
