if you are the same guy from back then, didn't we already go through this?
i highly doubt that japanese law can interfere with foreign censorship issues. the only thing they could do is to forbid the export of manga altogether i guess. censorship can only be requested by the publishers as part of the contract.

I have been waiting for a digital book for a very long time and normally it was Fudeors who was to publish it with a good image quality 5433 x 7559 and because of FAKKU I find myself with a book of 2266 x 3200 and that for the same price as the FUDEORS site would have sold it and I find that intolerable.
I would like FAKKU to take this into consideration.

and while i agree that fakku's product pages were way better in the past and clearly stated image sizes etc, it is your responsibility to inform yourself before making a purchase. and to be honest the 3200 pixels height of the images is still way better than the 1000 pixels garbage that project hentai used to sell in the past.

my point is that GOT stopping working with them FIVE YEARS AGO. and that crap with publishers demanding censorship even for overseas publications started LAST YEAR (a year after that nutjob took over as prime minister). taiwanese publishers like futuredigi sold GOT stuff uncensored until 2022. so whatever went down between fakku and GOT, it was something else. if they had continued their partnership, GOT may have called it off now due to internal and/or external pressure, but not several years ago.

but sometimes I wonder if it's really useful to do what we do on this forum because most of the time the books that Fakku publishes that I do not necessarily want.
in 4 years I've managed to see only one book that really interested me published and from what I've read this book had been requested for quite a few years already
I had read that someone had launched the idea that it would be good for Fakku to face polls to choose which book the fans would want and thinking about it well I do not think it was such a bad idea as that
I don't know the other forums so maybe this kind of poll already exists and I just missed it.

polls are a great idea. and i agree that fakku book publications are kinda random.
i'd say that at least half of the published books are from artists i've never heard of and nobody asked for.
funnily enough artists like esuke go 5 years without a second book even though it's been highly requested both here and in the comment sections of his subscription chapters. not to mention that his book got reprinted on fakku before he even blew up in japan.

a classic and sasamori tomoe's only commercial book. sadly i doubt that we'll ever get an official english release. asked years back when i caught one of sasamori-sensei's rare pixiv streams and he said that no english release is planned. and i doubt he'd put in the hours to touch this up since his doujinshi are selling tens of thousands of copies each time and he wouldn't need the extra cash from this book.

Sanagi Torajirou’s Cast Aoi, which I bought, says on the credits page that it was originally published by Tatsumi Publishing.
So there is a possibility that this tankoubon could be picked up.
