lately the avg antivirus (which i used for about a month now) is too easily hacked and also cant detect any viruses once its been infected.
so is there any better one out there? free or not free i dont care as long as its really useful and can find and get rid off any viruses it detects!

Avast. Haven't got anything since i started using it. Specially with the handy bootscan opinion.

Currently I use Avira Free on my Windows box, and no virus nor infection detected yet. Anyway, it raises somewhat annoying popups telling you to upgrade to the paid version (which can be trickly disabled).
But the most time I use gnu/linux OSes, so I am not much exposed to Windows viruses.

I've been using MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials), though if you feel more comfortable spending money Vipre Antivirus is quite nice compared to the other paid ones (eg norton macaffee). They also have a fre tool called Vipre Rescue that works much in the same way as malwarebytes, but trades in a much longer scan time for a more thorough scan. That combined with Tdsskiller, CleanUP, CCleaner, and Malwarebytes can usually pick off a lot of viruses.
Though to be honest, there really isn't any antivirus that's perfect, it just comes down to common sense and a bit of thought before clicking suspicious links and sites. Use google cached versions of sites you feel uncomfortable with, and watch where you dl your files from. Of course if you torrent, this is especially obvious.

This.
If your smart about your browsing, you won't get a virus, worm, spyware, adware, trojan, and etc. etc. unless someone makes a conscious effort to attack you.
Although telling you that won't really help you.
Anti-virus programs to use for free are Avast!, AVG, and Avira. The one I like the most is Avast!, even though it runs in the background and can lower performance. I don't really know anything about Microsoft Security Essentials. I'm downloading it right now to see how it runs.
Comodo Firewall is a free program that is pretty nice to add in and also a paid version of Malwarebytes and SUPER AntiSpyware (I KNOW, it looks shady but its 100% legit) is great. These together provide layered protection, so that even if you get a virus you'll most likely be safe. They also have an active forum of people, ready to help you regardless if you have a paid or free version of their program.
Unless someone's really getting at you in which you'll need your own personal team of experts to deal with it.
If you ever need help with the removal of something the folks at www.bleepingcomputer.com can help you immensely with step-by-step guides and pictures to guide even beginners.
[Edit]
TDSSKiller is also something nice to have so props go to Rovencrone. I've used it once and it was a while ago so I can't give an accurate review of how it performed. If you have money to spare go for Advanced System Care Pro, as it does a deep registry clean up but if you don't, go for CCleaner as it's interface is simple and easy to understand.
I feel as though I've put too much effort into my post and strayed from the original topic. Oh well. Hope you find whatever it is your looking for. I'm not an expert, I'm just an experienced victim. :)

Many of my friend recommending Kaspersky full version. Is it good? Also, what kind of firewall is good? I browse and download A LOT. If i have already install a good fire wall, is it okay to turn off the windows firewall? Cause i've ben told that it can reduce your downloading speed

I recommended you using Avg, Avg is the best anti virus I know
I'm currently using Avg version 11
whatever antivirus you using it don't forget to always update the new virus core data.

McAfee.. it comes with the desktop package I bought (My new desktop is almost 1 year old now). I think it is limited if I'm not mistaken, I plan to change to Avira once it expires, though I forgot when's the expiry date already..

I think not only virus core data you must update something like firewall, link scanner, identity protection, etc
more easy if you use automatic update rather that update from directory
