I live in Missouri. If you are over 18, but under 21, it is legal have sex with someone who is 14. But if you are over 21, it's 17.

In Maryland, the age is 16. However, there is an exception if they are within 4 years old from each other, so like a 14 year old and a 16 year old have sex then it's within the law. Unless one person is 18 or older. There is also some more exceptions to the law but I really don't feel like looking it up.
