This are my favorite teas and how I make them. I usually aim for the best aroma.
1. White Hair Silver Needle - Steep in hot water (before the boiling point, around 80°C) for 2 minutes.
2. Gyokuro Genmaicha - Steep in fully boiled water for 30 seconds.
3. Houjicha - 2 minutes in 80°C

I also love chocolate tea's and green tea's :3 sometimes I get them with Agave, but sometimes I just like them plain, the bitterness is lovely as times ^^

I'm the only one in the house that drinks raspberry fruit tea, forgot what brand. My two boxes of the stuff has been left untouched over the year.
I like to drink it every now and then. Sweetened with 1 spoon of sugar. It's lovely.

Is there a tea that can keep someone awake? I'd like to use that instead of coffee if possible.Rooibos teas do that. They are a natural stimulant without any caffeine. They work better in my opinion than coffee.

I had a tea party with my friend and boyfriend the other day for my birthday. They weren't fond of the teas... v.v
The one they liked the best was the Thai Iced Tea, because I make it with lots of cream/milk. I like my teas to be sweet, but that's just because I have sugar for blood like my sister... :P
Does anyone know of some teas that are good for getting people to start drinking tea? Like introduction to tea, teas?
