Alternate Realities

I would say parallel universes may be plausible but,one must first understand that the physical laws time,space,nature,and the very fabric of existence can change in these universes meaning any thing and every thing is very possible.Just by the very thought I believe one can create a new universe and never realize it no matter how strange this thought may be.

If my alternate realities were like Silent Hill, i would rather lock my self in my room and never go out. (>__<)

in my alternate reality, i might have turned right on the road, and get crashed by a car, so.. i think this reality is good enough

Well It's possible
It's like the Astral World
To able to Enter that You need to OBE (Out of Body Experience)
to Astral Projection but it's not that Easy to Gain Astral
there's a method to able to Project
but sometimes it's Doesn't work you need a Deep mental Concentration
and Able to know that you are Dreaming to able to Gain Consciousness
Most of the people who Experience NDE(Near Death Experience)
Causing Them the Ability of AP
This Ability is isn't Easy to Gain.



Since There's The Astral World or the Spirit World
(Actually it isn't a Different Dimension or another world we Just called it Because Everything that can't be Seen in the Naked Eye are can been seen in AP or The 3rd Eye
Gaining a another type of Vision but it's the Same world and Dimension )

yeah i do believe in them... i would say that life(or our reality) is like movie clips... there's not just one movie...

I could decide to go outside in one world or stay inside in another. That could change some stuff later on in my life... maybe I'll buy some chips instead of eating almonds. Unless something drastically different happens, it's probably going to be pretty boring. Maybe in one world, aliens really did come to Earth. That would be an interesting scenario and that's why we see movies and games about it.

If saw myself trying to get into my own house I would probably think that it's a doppelganger trying to eat my soul or something similar to that.

in all seriousness the only way an alternate reality can be formed is by making a choice, and even not choosing is a choice.
if you happen upon an parallel universe that is similar to yours, just by being there you have altered the path it was on.

I like to think of them as "Timelines" Having resulted from another possibility of our selves in another timeline.

EXAMPLE: A girl asks you out, I say no BUT maybe in another timeline I did accept it.

Something like that, but if faced with a huge problem, then that's where shit get's real

Parallel worlds ? .... yes they exist .... and there infinite numbers ... we are a parallel world of another world and so are others there's no real world were like a tree growing as many branch's as we can everyone's choice of action can change the course of this world and the course of others and so it will even create a number of worlds ....

of course this world isn't only humans ... it cant be that simple there are things in this world that cant be explained and we mostly ignore them and call it a figment of our imagination ....

Anywho I heard from my teacher in my Chim class that the Gov't has a Time machine. He told everyone that he read it in this Science Mag he usually gets instead of others. I'm pretty sure my Teacher wouldn't lie to us....So if this is true...would we be able to see ourselves AGAIN? Maybe it's possible..

No government has a time machine. No one has the ability yet to even create one. And yes I know this.

Two "you's" cannot exist in the same place at the same time with same mind setting. Even if it is, then who is who. The fact that there is another person in front of you (acting independently) already proves that this person is another existence different from you. It is one of the reason why time machine somehow never materialize. Time skipping and looping is already a sin in time but that's another story to tell

I always thought if they're were alternate realities that there would be and infinite amount, based that if the world were to change at any given moment, it would be at one specific point in time and that the time of the change would cause another reality to exist, therefore, creating an infinite amount of realities.

On a different note, I would like to meet my good self in my alternate reality.(Of course I am the evil one)

If there were any alternate realities, they wouldnt be anything like ours. Thats just because of the butterfly effect. Even if only 1 thing changed in history, it could be completely different than ours. Hell, in some realitites, we might have evolved differently and wouldnt even look the same.

This kinda things reminds me of a game called Chrono Cross. Where there's an another world and home world, I believed it exists but afraid to come into that kind of reality. What if it'll cause a paradox and send the balance between them apart?

I beleive that if there is an alternate reality, it's laws of physics might be out of whack enough to the point where life or structures can't develop. But it'd be cool if there was an alternate reality that happened to be a carbon copy of Earth as it is today, but with extremely small changes. Heck, in an alternate reality, it's possible that the only difference you'd see is that blue Christmas lights glow brighter (Possibly a less subtle color in another reality). Dunno, I'm just babbling. But I'd like to live in an anime reality. Not a mecha or crazy one, but a slice of life one. [size=10]As I said, I'm babbling. Ignore anything stupid I might have said.[/h]

I recently revisited one of my favourite PSone RPGs known as Chrono Cross that deals with the issue of time travel and a parallel universe. In other words, another "you" that would have existed in a separate world had you made different decisions at important stages in your life (i.e. career, death, family, etc.)

If you had the option, would you want to travel to another world in a parallel universe to see the different "you" that might have been? In other words, would you want to see the alternative form of yourself in person?
