6.) Eat about 5-6 small meals a day, not 3 large onesDoes not make the slightest of difference.
On some people don't but it usually does. When you starve to death (as I usually do, and I do admit it is wrong), your body thinks "I'm in danger, I need to save up". By eating this often, your body thinks that everything is fine. Not only that, it speeds up your metabolism and that's a good thing.

See, that's what people do to trick themselves.
They take the 5-6 meals a day and then compare the effect to when your body starves.
Of course there is a huge difference. Because the huge difference comes from your body starving, not really from eating more often.
Sure there is an effect, but it's pretty minimal at best between 2-3 to 5-6.
What does have a decent effect, is making sure not to eat right before bed.

Said product could has 0 Trans Fat, but actually has .04 grams of Trans Fat per serving. If you ate a product like this that had 3 servings total, you just ate 1.2 grams of Trans Fat without knowing it..04 x 3 =/= 1.2
Whoops, I meant to type .4, not .04 when I was saying that. Minor mistake.

1.) Stop eating meatWrong
I forgot to mention that poultry is just fine. I meant to say no meat EXCEPT poultry, fish, and eggs. I never said no meat period. Don't go quoting part of something I write, and take that as what I wrote. What are you, Glenn Beck?

3.) Stop eating all sugarsWrong
Sugar is not an energy source. Did you read the post? I'm not talking about stuff from fruit or things like that. I'm talking about the white stuff, processed sugar. You do not need white sugar at all and it will make you fat so easily. And brown sugar is no better. The syrups used in products instead of sugar are just the same junk in a different form. If it's not natural sugar from the product, like fruits, then said sugar is bad for you, and has no health benefits.

This does make a difference, and you guys aren't understanding how it even works. 3 meals a day will leave you more hungry than 3 meals a day throughout the day.
Even though you eat less per meal, you're still eating more often, and you're just eating the same daily amount divided up into smaller spans of time. Has nothing to do with starving yourself. And the effect is very significant. It's the same reason of why skipping meals screws you over more. Keeping your metabolism working frequently is a key factor to weight loss.
No one factor alone contributes to anything when it comes to weight loss. However, just because this is true doesn't mean you should feel free to ignore advice X because you don't like it. Doing this will get you slow, and minimal results.

1. In fact you did say that.
3. Specify that and the differences next time, I did take the time to read through your post, and that was not mentioned.
And even more so, your body need complex sugars so your statement would have been invalid. If he had took the time to do a little research, telling him to cut out sugars may have effected him to cut back from carbohydrates altogether.
I myself completely understand everything you're saying, and please do not talk down to me as if I do not. This is the clear up for those who don't.
6. Completely subjective to the person at hand. You can't even begin to say that is true.
If it's written at face value, it will be replied to as such.
Note: I'm not here to chew you out or pick on you, and I don't dislike you or anything, you seem like an alright fellow. I am only leading the original poster away from controversial theories in dieting. I myself used to be 210 at 31% body fat and lost 45 pounds in three months, and that's not including the muscle I gained. I am not able to remember what body fat I was at, at the end of the 3 month period in order to find the ratio between fat and muscle.

fish and eggs are somewhat different from meat and are not usually classified the same as meat you know.
So you essentially did say no meat.
Even throwing in poultry into what you're saying still doesn't make it entirely accurate. You should avoid eating it in excessive like we are want to do, but that doesn't mean you should stop eating it entirely.
Yes you talked about processed sugars. But like guilty said, you never specified the difference. You attacked sugar in stuff, and even went on to exclaim that is hidden in stuff you wouldn't have known.
All this tells someone is that sugar is hidden in a lot of stuff and is bad for you. So what do you think someone following this advice is going to do when they learn fruits and such have a lot of natural sugars?
Avoid fruits.
And as for your own "It works significantly."
It works significantly when it is combined with you know, exercise. If you were to only increase the amount of meals and make them smaller as suggested, instead of including the exercise the actual effect is very minimal to none.

I was expecting this to be a thread about guys with big dicks. You are not alone in that thought, when I first saw the title I thought that was what it was.
And I was like "I guess I could help out as my responsibility as being a big dick elder."

I'm not sure what advice you could give to a guy with a bigger than average dick. I guess it could be dealt with how to get a girl to snap out of it, or if your exceptional, how to get her to get her out of the fainting spell she just had.
