Fried spam in heated El Pato tomato salsa with Mexican rice and diced potatoes. Yay or nay?no idea, but go ahead. It might be tasty.
OT.
I have a recipe with sun-dried tomatoes, and I hate sun-dried tomatoes with a passion. Whats a good replacement for them. Not for the taste, but more so my recipe doesnt end up too plain.

I have recently started to care about Food and Cooking again and have decided to bring back my Ask Me Anything threads.
Of course make it food related.

Just wanta ask, do you have a good recipe for salsa sauce?Ingredients
2 fresh jalapenos
1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
1 clove garlic
1 banana pepper
1 lime, juice
1 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
1 can diced tomatoes
Directions
Put everything but the tomatoes in a food processor. Chop until diced. Add the tomatoes. Serve with chips.
This recipe can be very hot. And can be made without the jalapeno seeds and veins to make it less hot.

Eh, so what's the house seasoning? Seems like a good one, by the way. Southeast Asian people love spicy things.

Oh it's just salt, pepper, and garlic powder. So, I just finished trying this recipe (my wife made it for me, as I am completely blind in kitchen). 2 jalapenos don't seem to be spicy enough. Next time maybe I'll give three or four of them. Either way, tastes great. Thanks Long.

As a Mexican-American I am not allowed to say that.

For every 1 cup of eggnog add 1/4 cup of SoCo.
Or make Eggnog Muffins
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg
1-3/4 cups eggnog
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl, combine the egg, eggnog and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in raisins and pecans. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
