also, the issues you're stating, did you try to do anything with it? because that is commonly known as a bootloop, which basically meant that it constantly looping that logo.
but since you said it has a loading screen but doesn't load, then, somehow, you tampered with your OS or flash and it screwed something up.
i would avoid downloading apps as .apk from the internet as they tend to add random permission. i would suggest you figure a way to put in a wifi in your house to include the tablet.
and who doesn't have wifi these days? nearly everything is wifi nowaday.

i was in a mall and was browsing facebook with it and it suddenly freeze,i turned it off and pooof~! the problem began,didnt actually download anything with it,

that it? then you should contact asus and see if their 1 yr warranty and they should either offer to fix it or replace it.

xda don't have that infor about this tablet, i have checked couldn't find that much on there website, all i found is that it has reset hole that you prick with a needle
