It is black-and-white about distribution. It is illegal to transport lolicon through statelines and from another country into U.S. borders, they can get you for that without any trouble, but distribution on the internet is protected by Net Neutrality. The government can't just monitor you, magically spew up a warrant and come after you.
Point taken about the probability of the government busting down your door. I think if you careful, making it a private hobby, you are unlikely to get busted. However I disagree about Net Neutrality, b/c it doesn't exist.

Look at this link, the charged of distributing child pornography via the
internet. The dirtbag deserved it b/c it was real child porn. However, that would imply that they could theoretically come after Fakku under the the 2003 Protect Act which
" Prohibits computer-generated child pornography when "(B) such visual depiction is a computer image or computer-generated image that is, or appears virtually indistinguishable from that of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct;
Unless I missed something, we are treading dangerous waters? What do you make of this, am I being paranoid?
