I think my job might one up yours
I'm a pool attendant , which means I don't have to save anyones life. All I do is sit by the pool for six hours a shift and occassionslly tell people to sign in. Then two times during my shift I check the ph levels which takes thirty seconds. Otherwise I can play my ds or listen to music or draw, read, talk to people... Whatever I want basically. I can swim too
Get paid 8.25 and hour.
It can get boring at times but I can't complain. I'm basically getting paid to hang out by the pool

Actually the gov't says it has to be 5.35 minimum but each state can raise that amount to whatever they can afford. Like Alabama minimum wage is 7.25

going to point out that Canadian minimum wage was last raised when the Canadian dollar was 0.70 cents on the American dollar so someone who made 7.25 was making close to 10-11 Canadian; far better than our min wage, and they wont lower our minimum wage now because the the current shitty American economy(which will most likely recover).

your lucky I work at taco bueno and get payed $7.25 an hour.
Its not overly hard it just really annoying when some customer is extremely specific with their order and i end up getting it wrong like 10 times.

Nah, a road trip (That far at least) Is a little out of my budget at the moment.
And try to get a warehouse job like I have there Pendragon.
It's simple as hell. Easy to learn, and you'll make more than that.
A lot of walking/standing, but whatever, you get used to it quickly.
And the best part, is that you don't have to deal with people. (Aside from co-workers. I mean no customer type people.)
