Best location survive in a zombie apocolypse

Do you know where at in your local area would you be if you had to survive in a zombie apocolypse? Does one even exist in your area? Oh what to do what to do...

Would you procure yourself a lifetime supply of ammunition and rations. then get to the nearest rooftop? Naturally placing boobytraps and such on all the entrances/exits to that building. and just spend your days picking them off one by one?
Would you jack a military vehicle, be it a mine flailer, tank, armord personell carrier or a simple humvee. then procure a lifetime supply of ammunition and rations and simply mow 'em all down?
Would you make a fortress out of your nearest supermarket, or the local mall even and spend the rest of your days there?

you decide where you want to go and what you want to do. it matters not to me cause I wont exist in the same reality as your zombie apocolypse nightmare from hell heehee!

Rooftop sniper nest. Because hiding and sniping = boner.

Air core base a block away.

self mad fortress, cuase you can add a snipers nest to it if you feel like it and you have a shitton of spllies as far as canned food goes, and if yo have nuf time to fortifiy it you have enouge to get all the weapons and ammo you could use. so dig in and start bruning through ammo. one shot one kill. couple hundred ronds of ammo and you be good, unless you live in a hub city with a population of millions, then your fucked lol

Get a group of people together who have experiance will Left4dead and the like and camp at some sort of supply depot or stronghold. Don't know where I'll require weapons from though.

Living in the UK has it's advantages though with castles and historical fortified locations still standing about here and there but that independs where abouts in the UK you are XD

There should be more zombie movies from the UK making use of this fact.

It depends completely on what if I had enough time/money to prepare ahead of time. If I could prepare ahead of time I would build a large complex in deep deep canada/alaska. I'm talking so deep its nighttime most of the year and often below freezing levels. Part of the complex would be underground and then another connected complex would be above ground with an easy to destroy ladder. Each would have indoor farming capabilities and of course supplies/books fully stocked. I would just wait the 5-10 years there.

You are right about the castles in the UK I got about 5 around me (within 50 miles) but since they are in/near a city, getting to them will be hard if the city is overrun by zombies.
But yeah.. a castle is a great location to survive in a zombie apocolypse! There is lot of location in the castle that can be used as a sniper nest.

On topic, I would probably Raid abandoned stores then live out of my current home.very few windows,easy access to the roof, If I could find weapons I would be good.

I would choose a military vehicle but most of them would be way too noisy to move around without being noticed.

My local store since they have a backyard with crops and some animals (don't ask). I would be held in their then i would look for survivors and expand/ rebuild.
