What's your method.
My personal favorites are things with caffeine, drinking tons of water, loud music, and running.

Asleep or awake? The things you listed sound like ways to stay awake.[size=10]Epic fail. Read the thread title.
Staying awake: Playing a game with my friends on xbox or something and not getting bored of it. Going out for a walk at like 3am. Having fun basically.[/h]

True Epic Fail. Ironic that you say "Epic fail." OP Edited the title after Tsujio's post. It didn't say "Awake" at first, instead it said "Asleep".
Staying Awake: Anyway, I would say working out. I could go several hours without sleep if I work out when tired. Keeps me awake and relatively alert.[/h]

Curious and Wondering
I'm recommending some ways I've stayed awake on office all-nighters:
1. Drink your coffee with lots coffee, less cream, even less sugar. And keep it hot, drink it in timely 1-a-minute gulps.
2. Have spicy chips nearby. Oh, if you have wasabi-flavored chips that would be great. Spicy chips can help you get peppy.
3. If it won't disturb your purpose, have some hard rocking music playing at the background.
4. If your eyes start to get droopy, go to the nearest kitchen sink, splash some cold water on your face for a few seconds (maybe 5-10) until you feel a bit peppier.
5. Chew some long-lasting strong minty bubble gum. No Mentos, no candies. Bubble gum. For that Wrigley's can be good. Don't chew fruity ones because it will relax you too much and make you more drowsier.
6. Irritate yourself but do it this way: A few months ago Kaien posted a thread detailing that licking the area behind your teeth (above your tongue area) can tickle. I tried this technique 2 weeks ago and was tickling enough to keep me peppy at the office. Just do it at different intervals.
7. Do not turn off your lights. As much as possible turn on all the lights at your room.
