Mmhhmmm, Great to see people that love to cook. Sick of hearing my relatives saying "cooking for a living is a bad job". I went to Butler Tech my junior and senior year and took the Culinary Arts program, and I'm going to Cincinnati State for my Culinary Arts degree. I absolutely love making Hot pots (Chinese fondue, Shabu Shabu etc). My mom finally trusted me in making it. She still watches over me from time to time. I love eating with squid, beef, and shrimp.

I know how to cook im still under going training in culinary in school ^_- but what i know how to make is Rice and curry pretty common lol

and here's a product of "no-daughter" family. yeah, i have to cook with my mom because my dad and my lil' bro wouldn't help her. i'm pretty good at makin' soy meat, fried rice, any fish recipe, and some other simple dishes.

making hot dogs, or instant noodles isn't cooking unless you make you're own hotdogs and soba nooble from scratch then it's just knowing how to boil water

I made a mango and strawberry tart for Christmas with some help from my parents. Was pretty damm goood

I rarely do any advanced cooking, since I live alone and is just not motivated.
But in the rare cases that I have visitors I never get any complaints about my cooking.
I think cooking is quite easy, but I were also forced to cook once a week when I lived with my parents, annoying, but still usefull :)
