I would go with Bulbasaur... But because of my reasons for picking said starter I would likely be thrown in jail a few times and not allowed to be near any pokemon with vine whip, snare, wrap, constrict, or any other such move ^^;

I always chose bulbasaur because I always kicked so much ass with it. Although the other ones are ok as well but I just prefer him over them.
