Checked if your video card hasn't bitten the dust?
Test with spare card or if you don't have a spare ask a friend to borrow theirs.
From the sounds of it.
Your video card has died a similar thing happened to me a while back.

i think i'm having a same problem too
for my case, my monitor says it is not receiving signal. so i thought it was the monitor's fault, so i tried with the one that i kno that works. however it the working one says the same thing, it's not receiving signal.
does this mean it's my video card's fault or something else?

Theres power on the board right...? and the psu is... working still. I mean for you not to see anything at all well... not familiar with your card as well, but that might need power too

Can you mention what kind of beep is it?
Is it a single beep or is it like the multiple beep of death?

I think your video card is dead. The only things I can think of involve if your using a monitor port on the motherboard and someone disables it in the BIOS (but your using a card right?) or your motherboard isn't POSTing. Can you hear hard drive activity like the system is booting the operating system? Do you hear any beeps when the system first starts up? You may not hear any beeps if you disconnected the system speaker on the motherboard by where the front panel stuff plugs in. Also some newer boards may have an LED display on it and if yours does look up the code it displays and your motherboard in Google and see if you can find anything.

If the drivers were previously installed correctly it will even alert you in Windows that its running at a reduced power state.
