Concert

The last concert I went to is an A7X one. I got to front where can see band clear sad their were not filming but it was awesome.

Watched and listened to Roger Waters The Wall yesterday. It was absolutely fantastic. Both in sound and visuals. A fine example of a modern concert. I think I'm going to value The Wall more than yesterday.

There was also boobies.

The last concert I went to was Hiromi Uehara: The Trio Project at the Stockholm Jazz Fest last year, that was great. Lately I've had neither the time nor the cash to go to concerts.

I watched 4 local metal bands on a small boat with 250 people last saturday, it was really fun.

The last mainstream band that I've watched would be Municipal Waste around 2 months ago. Fucking awesome show.

Going to watch Kvelertak next week, can't wait for them to come.

Seeing Miyavi next week, just ordered tickets. Gonna be good.

I was thinking of going to Way Out West but I mean 2 000 sek is a little too much. Even for Neutral Milk Hotel, queens of the stone age, Outkast and the national.

A buddy and I are going to see Alice Cooper opening for Motley Crue in Pittsburgh a couple months from now. Should be a pretty good show.

Saw Miyavi live yesterday in London. Fucking amazing. He plays the shit out of the guitar, it's like he was having sex with me with his music.

Last concert I've been to was Carlos Santana with my mom, her friend, and her friend's sisters. Gotta say, it was mesmerizing. The only thing popping in my head was "I can't believe I'm going to see Santana live! I'm not qualified!". As soon as I heard the first note, I saw lighters go on and off. Before I knew people were smoking dat gud stuf. All in all, it was a good concert.

Last concert I was at was Navene K/After the Burial/Animals as Leaders.

Navene K was really interesting, great drummer, strange set for that kind of show though. Not a fan of After the Burial, my friends and I made a game of counting the breakdowns, though initially the crowd energy was pretty good at least. I love Animals as Leaders, but by that point in the show my back and feet were killing me (prior back injury and wearing work boots for some reason...) plus fatigue had set in. Still, very solid set. They genuinely looked like they were enjoying themselves onstage, and I did jump in the pit when they did an encore of Cafo.

Seeing LostAlone in a couple of weeks.

Saw Amon Amarth a month ago, and I'm going to see Iced Earth a couple weeks from now.

Went and saw Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats last week, was standing far as fuck in the back and chilling out, but it was great nonetheless.

Saw LostAlone on Monday night, they were fucking amazing. The crowd knew the lyrics but they were pretty dead most of the time.

Last concert I went to was Pennywise with Teenage Bottle Rocket.

Like I said in the other thread, saw Kyary Pamyu Pamyu again the other day and also Hiromi: The Trio Project a few weeks ago.

Just found out that BABYMETAL are playing a second UK gig in addition to Sonisphere, I'm so fucking going to it. I'm glad they're doing that since I thought they were only playing Sonisphere in the UK and I didn't want to go to that.

Last show that I went to was Like Moths to Flames. Going to Q-ruption/Rockstar Mayhem festival. Their line-up is bananas. I also am headed to Warped Tour mid July and Attila in a few days, whom I will see again a week from the show at Warped.
