Do u mind others insulting your country?

as an american who is well aware people from most other countrys hate us... and given the reasons i can understand why... and i actually agree with them

I'm totally cool with people hating America.

Depends on the criticism, how they express it, and who is doing it. I really don't care if my fellow citizens are insulting the our country, as long as they are not saying blatant lies and misleading people, but if it's someone from a foreign nation who does not anything beyond the propaganda of his country or how it's vogue to hate America that type of insult makes me sad.

I live in Indo, and some of the ppl actual hate Malaysian, god knows why.
And what happened to guns? Cowards. I don't think the prez can do anything cause they depend on each other and the ASEAN thing.

the majority of Americans I've talked to would be upset by anyone speaking poorly of their country, regardless of how true what's being said is.

I try to sort them into genuine ignorance, which I'll rebuke if it seems worth it, and satire, which is generally amusing and entirely warranted for the cesspit that is the UK.

sometimes...although most of the time people has right about what it says....but also sometimes they made awful statements about country, and yeah insulting.

If this 'other' speak the truth, then why should be angry ? We are not always right, don't you think.
Well, to be honest, i didn't really care about it .. overboard patriotism is shit in my point of view.

I'm not that nasionalist-patriotist kind of person, and I live in a kind of lame country where most of it's people speak bad for their own country. For the others to insult it? I don't really care.

I always felt that if you never lived in/grew up in my country first hand than your opinion on my Country means nothing! In the end you are just a person on the outside looking in.

I don't care what anyone says about my country. Because you see, my country is awesome. It can sell paper to a tree, It's so G that it's almost H, that's how awesome my country is.

That, and some guy whose name I don't even know lambasting my country isn't going to faze me.

Not every person is going to absolutely love where I live, or even like it. Someone may have had a bad experience there, or they could just be prejudiced of the country in general; if they hate it, then fucking let them. If you love where you live, no one else's opinion matters.
