ok,i'm asking this out of my curiosity:DO YOU GUYS DO SPORTS OR EXERCISE?
spending too much time working/gaming/lollygagging/fapping/fucking/typing/masturbating/watching TV/(insert word)-ing is would turn those good exercise into a bad thing for your health,afterall.
ok,maybe i'm not the most muscular guy out there(5 ft 9 in, 69 kg)
and i'm not the healthiest guy around(asthma),but i exercise at least twice a week....i usually play basketball or field hockey as my exercise.
how about you guys?

No it's not. It is good for you. Those are excersices. Especially fapping... I need to learn how to use my left arm for that so I can have two good biceps instead of just on the right...
I play ultimate frisbee once in a while, go boating at the lake, play basketball and try to keep up with my push-ups and crunches... Problem is I'm so skinny it hardly shows I've done anything...

Initially, I started exercising not because I wanted to, but rather, due to my annual fitness test requirement. Sad to say, I haven't been able to past the test, although it did result in regular jogs and other stationery exercises becoming part of my weekly routine.

yes, i play 1.5 hours of tennis everyday to get the sweat out as my usual exercise.
i'm 183cm, and weigh about 72kg, not the healthiest, but lean towards the health type.

Haha... I got asthma too and I smoke cigarettes. I haven't exercised in a while. Fapping and fucking count as exercise in my book. So, I guess you can say I'm not completely slacking off.

It gets even funnier when one of us is so "inspired" by something from a movie or an anime that we try it out in real life.
Have you ever seen geeks attempt backflips holding practice swords? It's hilarious. Especially when it fails.

As I cannot drive a car, I suppose I get what I need naturally. I rather not care to much about my body, as it would be hard to even live a day in my life while listening to all its trivial complains.

I'd love to be sitting in my room doing bugger all and fester away, but unfortunatly I have a job that involves alot of physical activity (mainly lifting) and I have to take the dog for a walk about 3 or so times a week, which are about 3 or so miles long.

im essentially the same as mattarat. i have a physically demanding job that runs me through about 40 hours of the week, and the rest of the time im awake im usually taking it easy. i would like to take up martial arts, tennis or kendo in my spare time but its hard to commit let alone find a partner.

I try to play basketball at least once a week and shoot around practicing by myself a few times a week. I also throw in some handball and bicycling to mix it up some.

I used to go to the gym, I'd do some arm work outs with the machine, some stomach crunches and then run for 3 miles, at my own pace though - we're not talking about a 10 minute run.
Now I need to exercise more often. I can't get to the gym lacking a drivers license and my mom got a new job. Occasionally I'll work out at home, but it's just not the same. I don't like running outside, because I don't like the random honks I get and the random cat calls. :x
I've got good eating habits, my moms a health freak, but other then that I just need to exercise more.

I play soccer once or twice a week with my buddies. Good way to relax and have fun at the same time (unless we're having a serious match where things can really get heated). I also used to be part of a soccer team a year ago but left because of academic reasons (my grades were tanking badly).
I also try to eat healthy foods everyday but so far that's not working for me. Well, at least I managed to cut down on my soft drink intake (I used to drink 3 cans a day.)
