I try to exercise everyday, but lately with my work schedule (& I'm a bit lazy) so I usually get to exercise about once or twice a week. T_T I need to start lifting weights again T_T

Does randomly getting the urge to run out to my garage, do about 10 chinups both ways and then beat on the speedbag for about 10 minutes count? I'm getting to be a pro at it. I'm just like some of those boxers you see when they catch em in the locker room beating on the bag before the fight.

At least twice a week I stretch and practice random martial arts techniques. However, I never loose weight (bad eating habits, and a VERY slow metabolism). Plus I smoke, but I manage to be very fast and flexible for my size (6ft2in 260lbs). I probably should start running or something, but I don't really have a gym nearby, and lack the time to do anything other than late at night.
