Went around with my little brother in a big chicken costume this year. Where I live it's celebrated every year all around. Schools organize dances, even set up adult chaperones for the little ones. Of course it's not just a holiday for children, teenagers take this time as a reprieve from school and just generally get drunk and lost in the Halloween spirit. So yeah, I celebrate it every year and will continue to do so.

I usually go out to a costume party and then get hammered, asking little kids drunkenly who they are as you throw candy at them is fun.

I love Halloween. I used to trick or treat until High School when I started handing out candy. Sadly for some reason Halloween is a dying Holiday. I barely get any trick or treaters. I had 9 last year and 13 this year. Its insanity!
