Let's take some time to look at my account name.
Now, allow me to show you why I am all car.
My rc drift car:
That's one of my better shells. I got hellsing artwork commissioned on the side :D
My wall of shells, this is an un updated picture of the wall. There is something like 12 shells on the wall now.
My project car:
What will be happening under the hood eventually:
For those who know cars, yes, that is a b16 rocker cover. Going to chuck a b16 head on a b18 block, get low comp pistons, slap a turbo to the thing, lower it, chuck some bolt on flares on, nice wide watanabe rs8 style wheels, bigger brakes, maybe a front skirt/ spoiler, an external oil cooler, bosozuko style. Some, blast pipes, a racing seat, dry sump, surge fuel tank, rear battery, etc etc. Lots planned, not much income to fund at this stage.
And, the daily:
and a picture of my project with my girlfriends project car :D
So yeah, cars

I have my license and a car, but I don't have a steady job to afford the insurance. Hell, the bloody thing isn't even registered. It's a 98 Dodge Neon, and the thing is a piece of shit. Been working on the thing whenever I got the money to do so, right now I'm saving up to buy a new bumper(the previous owner had a minor accident with him driving into a snow bend and cracking said bumper). My last purchase for my car was a new battery. Currently, I'm just making sure the dam thing doesn't fall apart on me by making sure it's running every morning.

No license, and no intention to get one, either. I live in the city, so I use the bus... and after getting hit by a pickup truck when I lived in the country (I was walking, and crossed the road, BAM, got hit), back in 06, I've developed an acute phobia of getting behind the wheel. I figure I can live without ever getting my driver's license... I would, however, probably be okay if I ever got my motorcycle license... Big difference being in a car and being on a bike, anyway.

This has been here before? But being in the city reduces the need to drive

Technically it's my mom's old SUV, but it's effectively my car. Just wish it would get better gas mileage. 17.9 MPG just isn't helping the wallet.
V8 Ford Explorer with a 18-20 Gallon tank... It costs so much to drive. O.Q

I hear you. My full size taurus get 20mpg and it costs me a fortune to drive. Old v8 engine with my entire city being highway.

I drive my own car pretty much every day.
I really need it for my work and university. It also helps a lot when I want to go somewhere far.

I don't get the opportunity to drive as much as I want to since my job doesn't pay enough to support having a car and insurance. But I do enjoy driving.

I have work and school everyday so I don't have much of a choice. I'd rather ride a dragon or were-bear though.

I hate driving in California...300+ miles a day in a crappy '06 Corolla shitbox, my spine must look like powdered milk now

I do drive because I have to get back and forth to college everyday but I don't like driving due to a combination of being easily distracted and lazy. I've actually been considering taking computer classes next semester so I won't have to drive anywhere.
