Everyday the doggy and I go for a long walk or bike ride, and I basically use my bike to go everywhere, so yeah, I exercise every day.
Also: wii fit every other day or so, swimming when it gets above 90F (which is a lot of days in SoCal), and lots and lots of yoga when I feel particularly pretzel-y.
I wish, but the park that I live right across from, theres this fat girl that jogs around the park regularly each morning, she farts every goddamn lap she does
Just came back from exercising. I use to do it for basketball and then for the looks. Now I lift weights cause its good stress relief and I'm doing kendo now so I want to get better at that by improving my body for competitions (I'm front heavy so I have to work on my back more).
I try to exercise whenever I get the chance to but school, my job, and volunteer work really leaves very little time for any sort of free time. Having a broken laundry machine doesn't help either >< at least I still have my grandma's old washboard.
