So yeah, indeed, it has it's moments.
Basicly how I feel. Series like Kingdom and the new Berserk movies were kinda ruined by all the CG in them. Even more so Kingdom because the heavily detailed and gruesome battle fields of the Manga became mooks endlessly poking each other with sticks, never once killing each other.
Ruined the whole experience with heavy CG.

It depends on the contest and how well its intigrated into the show. Glowing example of good cg is Last Exile, fits right in and looks natural. The antichrist of cg in anime is blassraider. (shudder)

It depends on the quality more often then not.CG also simplify it for animators so they dont spend endless amounts of time making backgrounds. So no I do not mind it.

it depends, initial D, wagnan midnight and tiger and bunny are awesome, but sometimes get shitty like the ED of supersonico or the OP of witchcraft works, i dont really mind, but sometimes is terrible and cant match with the anime

It's quite... annoying sometimes, when you can tell it's CG, it really feels out of place, if they're doing it to save some money... well... sometimes you need to risk something to gain more.

Dahrae's Precure example is pretty well done, I admit that. But I don't know, I feel like 2D animation will always hold a first place in my heart over CG. Especially because it never fails to amaze me when its done so beautifully. (Like in the End of Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop.. etc)

Well, There was only one time i hated CG and it was during kingdom. I was so pissed after i checked the manga (i watched the anime first before reading the manga) Such a great manga with crappy cgi :(
