I remember watching Super Robot Taisen the Animation. The combination of animation and cg wasn't good for me. The All Robot battle CG was fine with Super Robot Taisen Divine Wars but looking at how SRW Inspectors was done, SRW looks great animated (with CGs that mix perfectly with animation).

I don't like it used in Pokemon. It wasn't as bad back when it was only used a little bit back in johto but now it's all over.
But some shows use it well.
I guess like everyone else said, depends on what show is using it.

Like most people have said, it can look good if done right but it can also look out of place if done at the wrong time.

I usually hate mecha that are made with CGI (Muv Luv Alternative Total Eclipse and Gargantia specifically come to mind), but I do like it when they use it for spaceships (provided they don't just look like big blocks of ice).
Although I'll admit Majestic Prince has the best CGI mechas I've seen in quite some time.

Bad use of CG is Tiger and Bunny, thought the shows content made up for it. Whenever they put on their armors it always turned out clunky and out of place.
Good use of CG is Witch Craft Works. Obviously the giant (robot?) bunnies and teddy bears are CG, but do you even notice it when the shows characters are substituted in some of the battle scenes?
When you have to hear after the fact it's CG you know the show did a good job.

If it's done well and doesn't stand out or distract from the rest of the scene, then I enjoy CG in my anime. I know it can be easier to animate some things on a computer than by hand, but the hand-drawn work is where this medium lives, and adding too much CG into it is the same as adding too much animation into a live-action show. Keep it simple, keep it low-key, and keep it in a supporting role to the animation.

I don't mind unless the movements become overly robotic. Animation has to be fluid and consistent so the viewer doesn't raise an eyebrow where it isn't needed. Last bit may be too much to ask but at least raise an eyebrow because of the story, not of the weird and seemingly slow movement of charactersI'll add to that. As long as it contributes something to the artistic value of the work.

Sure, why not..?
It can be done very well, and a lot of stuff lends itself to CG far more then hand drawn..
Even the hand drawn series "cheat" with OP/ED's and small effects quite often anyways..

I really don't mind it at all. But it depends on the anime itself.
Just using it that badly doesn't include the word "animation" anymore. So it has it's moments.
