Do you think its better to be single than having a GF?

Okay, what kind of question is this? If you can have a girlfriend than by all means have a girlfriend that understands you and your quirks. If you don't then, you don't. A girlfriend can be a source of confidence and knowledge that can benefit you in many ways but if you aren't compatible with her than you would be better off being single.
Pros - Moral support
- Confidence
- Someone you can trust and talk to
Cons - She could be annoying
- Incompatible (She shouldn't even be your girlfriend if she is incompatible.)

I don't see the point. It seems like too much effort for something so easily replaced by pornography, 'personal massage cups', and sappy romance manga/films.

The bad things about having a gf that sometimes you may have to deal with dramas such as your girlfriend being self-centered on to you (things like jealousy, ultimatums etc...) or breaking up or sometimes cheating/misunderstandings
Usally the good things about having a GF is mainly friendship and support

Depends on the girl.
Get a finicky girl, expect walking on glass.
Get a relaxed girl, expect a relaxed relationship
Get a stupid girl, expect lousy conversations and boring relationships
Get a hot girl, expect possible good sex, but level of relationship
All types of girls. Many more I haven't mentioned.

i agreed with this, good gf means happy and strong relation, bad one mean trouble in the future (mostly to the boys).

gf's can be drama but its almost always worth it. if you date a sucky girl you learn so much about yourself and what you stand for, but if your lucky and get a good girl it'll open whole new worlds for you . plus you'll never have to watch hentai alone so thats good. you can, but you dont have to.

It's always worth it to have a girlfriend as opposed to being single.
Pros: Being in love is a great feeling
-Company with someone you like
-You have someone who will support you
-Sex is always better with someone else rather than alone
Cons: You have to deal with some annoyances
-You get less time to spend alone or with friends
-You will spend money on dates
The cons of having a girlfriend definitely don't outweigh the pros. If you can have a girlfriend get one, they're awesome (now I feel like I'm selling something XD).

Id say having a GF is better than being alone. However, some people have GFs just for the sake of having them, without even really liking each other.
So I rather be alone than have a nonsense relationship like that.

Reminds me of "It is better to have loved and lost, then to have never loved at all."
I don't know. Depends on a person's situation. I like being in a relationship. Makes me feel better about myself, and I do enjoy spending my life and time with someone else, but situations play a big role. You have to be able to give effort into a relationship, and if you don't have the time, resources and willingness to do that then it is certainly better to be single.

If you two complement eachother and like the same stuff, then I say it's better to have a gf. Otherwise, I say you're better off alone. At least in the long run.

Oh, and some people prefer to have sex when in relationships. From my experience sex is much better when there's an emotional bond between people. I've gotten hurt pretty bad from a one night stand.
Not that cool

Oh I don't disagree there, but just pointing out the fact that you don't have to be in a relationship to have sex. Hookers are a no, and the concept of friends-with-benefits makes me want to hurt myself.

I think having a girlfriend is better then being of alone, but only when you get along and like each other. I've seen situations of my friends where they constantly have arguments and fights with each other, making them both wonder why they're still trying.
As for myself, the times I had a girlfriend I was very happy but in the end things don't always work out. Not because me or her get into fights or are rude to each other but rather due to more complicated issues from their side, and of course since I always need to be nice and show chivalry (which sometimes just makes things bad for myself instead of them) I always take the role of the understanding partner.
In the end being single isn't all that bad, but I wouldn't mind having a girlfriend but only I feel right with her.
