But to answer the OP, I don't think teh bf wears superhero ones specifically, but he does have cute patterned ones. I mean, if women can wear underwear with Hello Kitty or whatever, I don't see why guys shouldn't wear cute underwear too. I, for one, find it adorable and probably will steal borrow some from the said guy's closet. Plus points if it IS sparkly with Hello Kitty/Ponies or bright-ass green with the Grinch's face on it.

However, I must admit... I'm tempted to switch to boxers for their comfort... or perhaps even go commando.
Be quite wary of which materials your pants are made of when going commando. Weather conditions and relative humidity are factors to consider, as well.
Also, if you get randomly pantsed you might end up showing off your dick in a awkward situation. Or if you end up in a situation where you need to take off your pants for a unforeseen reason
I remember one time for my acting class for my final performance i had to be in a toga...during one of of my classmates performances i accidentally messed mine up, but thankfully i was able to get a friend to help me fix it. Said friend asked was if i had anything underneath.

I wouldn't mind rocking out in some cap boxers. It's really irrelevant to me and my girl wouldn't really care. Just don't really bother getting boxers that look like that is all.

When I was a kid I might have worn them once or twice but I usually wore boxer-briefs. The pattern just seems to childish. Nowadays I just wear the t-shirt boxers. They're so soft and loose. It gives me the freedom and warmth to get through everyday couch surfing.
