Edit: I would wear cute boxers/boxerbriefs but I can never find any that appeal to me. Hell, I'd rather like what I'm wearing than worry about if it's going to get me laid or not.

I don't know if guys wear those kinds of boxers but i'm a chick and I have 2 superman boxers, 1 batman boxers and a pair of ninja turtle boxers. So, I dunno, maybe guys do? I bought my man a pair of transformer boxers and he says they're comfortable but he feels a bit silly in them.

I have boxers and boxer briefs. Boxer briefs actually hug you a bit. Mines have simple stripes or plaid designs. I never see any with cartoons and such on them in the stores i get my clothes from. Although, i do have one with eagles all over it. It's from the store American Eagle lolz.

but I've been given gag gifts which include super hero or cartoon printed boxers (i.e. batman or spongebob) and i wear them whenever I pull them out of my drawer
It's more of the luck of the draw, I own boxers and boxer briefs, it depends on my mood which on I wear, but only my boxers have unique prints

They're done by two fairly prominent dakimakura circles (at least among dakimakura collectors), Ask and HOP.
The circles don't do them often, but there have been maybe 4-5 pairs that I can recall (K-On, Infinite Stratos, Madoka, Nanoha.) You'd generally need a proxy to purchase them when they're available for preorder.

I used to when I was younger. When I was really young like 5 or 6 I remember wearing underoos. Now I have 1 pair of x-men boxers that I rarely wear. I don't remember where or how I got them but I think someone got them for me since I wouldn't buy x-men I'd buy Batman or Superman or something anime related.
