[Locked] Downgrade PSP 3001 Version 6.10

i suggest update to 6.20 and w8 for Total_Noob HEN but iso loading is not clear atm..

Having a low version for PSP 3k is better than higher ones because it gives me a better chance to homebrew it.

Also, I am requesting to lock this thread because I have already found out it's impossible.
