Mind-crush her?
No, sir.
Ignorant zealots can believe whatever ignorant zealots want to believe.
You have about just as much of a right to squash and belittle her opinions as she does to squash and belittle yours.
My suggestion is to sit her ass down, stare her square in the eyeballs and say the following:
"I don't agree with what you believe in. I'm not going to. Ever. If this is going to be a fundamental problem for us, then I am more than willing to take my leave of this relationship now. Please understand I would have preferred to coexist harmoniously with you despite our conflicting beliefs, had you not pressed me to this point."
But on the other hand, you could sit her down and tell her this:
"I don't agree with your beliefs. We are both entitled to our own opinions, so how about a compromise? I believe what I want, and respect your beliefs and you do the same for me. Just because we believe different things does not mean it is the end all be all of the relationship. We can agree to disagree for the sake of being together."
If that doesn't work, then maybe she isn't worth it, and you should take Lollikittie's advice.
