Instead of faking orgasms, women should make a point of clearly expressing themselves on what exactly it is that they need (during sex) to cum. If the guy cares enough, and is open minded, he will adapt to get the job done, as that will make him feel good about himself for doing a genuinely good job. Faking it is just wrong, it's a form of insincerity.

Something bizar happened to me recently. i had to fake an orgasm.

i had been talking to this woman for a bit, and we ended up in bed. turned out she was a "quick shot", and "one and done" too. she finished first, and then just laid there with a slightly annoyed look on her face like, "are you done yet?", "anytime now". at first i was all ego boosted because i got her off, but she killed that pretty quick. the condom was a blessing and a curse; with out it, i might have been able to nut faster, but it made it easier to conceal the fact that i hadn't.

Ok if I'm having sex with a woman I don't want her to fake it. I want to know what she really thinks. I don't think she should worry about hurting my feelings or anything. If she is not enjoying it than I need to know so I can work on my technique and not think I'm doing fine.

Same here. I have no problem being told I'm not good enough at something. What bothers me is not getting the appropriate feedback to better myself.

I think it's wrong. You should be able to communicate openly with your partner, otherwise the sex will never get better. Trust is huge - if you're faking it, no one is gaining anything.
