I have a lot of spare time and I would love to help out wherever I can I'd probably be only good at tagging but I wouldn't mind doing that. If you guys need help just let me know.

Dear god yes, I've read pretty much everything thats in English on this site and after the tag system was implemented I was so much happier. Made hentai browsing a breeze. There were several times however when I seen that a tag was missing or that a doujin/manga was missing a tag I wished I could fix it. Seems like you don't have a lack of volunteers though.

To all:
We expect you to actually read all genres. So, it's best that you're not a genre hater.

I lurk all the time and read both Japanese and translated works. Give me something to do, Fakku overlords, since I want to give back to the community.
Also, I have so much free time I've been reading some of the earlier works I skipped because I ran out of vanillas :(

I have a lot of free time.
I visit the site daily.
and I want to help people, even if it's to better find their fap material

i think that just killed off about 95% of the volunteers.
beyond that point, what, if any, are other requirements? things like computer skills, read/understand japanesee, etc..

Looking at porn and being productive at the same time? Deal. It shouldn't take too long (depending on fappability of chosen doujins) to get a fair amount of daily tags, if there's still open slots I'd join.

I would like to help, but I guess you need lots of spare time to do this job. I don´t think that I can bring this time up :/
Too bad, I would like to do this.

I would be more than happy to help in your endeavor.
I had lurked for a couple months before joining the Fakku community some 6 or so months ago. Since then, Fakku has helped me in my discovery of visual novels; providing me with recommendations as well as general help overall.
In this time I feel I have been doing nothing but taking from the community, I want to give something back; this new quest has provided me with the perfect excuse to finally do something.
Thank you for taking my request to help into consideration and I hope to do a lot more in the near future.
Thanks!!!
EDIT: Though I won't love it, I'm fine with doing all genres. Also, though I don't know Japanese, I'm pretty good at reading the mood, so I'll be fine tagging non-english series as well.

Like Waar and Gizgal said, Good grammar and writing skills are also one of the requirements.
The ability to read Japanese is also good for those untranslated ones, But this can be compensated by searching through google.
You don't need PC knowledge, since it's just filling in blank forms.
-----------------------------
Honestly, it's better if you're not a genre hater, then you won't be biased when it's time to fill in the "leftover" NTR and Rape series.

Unfortunately, I'm still at the stage where I'm only looking for the best language learning software for Japanese.
As for the genres, it doesn't effect me a single bit, I can go through just about any genres, even guro, scat, and all those extreme stuffs(funny how I can even enjoy those kinds of hentai mangas lol).

I can deal with most whatever genre hits us now. So yeah, Shag saying that 95% of users probably got scared off because of that may be a good thing. Now, you'll know exactly who are dedicated enough to stick with the job.
Besides that, NTR can be advantageous to an extent. I usually read vanilla and most other genres just for the sake of reading them. However, I've noticed that there's quite the correlation between how effective an NTR rages, and how amazing its art is. In other words, free fap material we never would have read otherwise. XD

Honestly, it's better if you're not a genre hater, then you won't be biased when it's time to fill in the "leftover" NTR and Rape series.Hate is such a strong word~ But, yes, the genres that I'm not into don't bother me much. They're more like pet peeves that I can easily get over than things that absolutely disgust and annoy me. I have seen so much thanks to a certain controversial wiki that I've built up a good, er, tolerance I guess you could say.
Also if we're going to put interest in specific jobs, I would say I'd be more comfortable in tagging and series descriptions. Doing a description for each individual manga would need much more specific details and descriptions for the generic ones might start getting muddied together. Someone like artcellrox would definitely be more suited for that. Tagging is a no-brainer (just tedious) and series descriptions is much more open ended. But if more people like art are needed I'm more than willing to help.

Kind of Important
A ray of Tsunlight.
Hell, I'll toss my name in for this. Got plenty of free time as of late, and I'd like to think my grammar and writing abilities are sufficient. I don't, however, know anything about the Japanese language, so I wouldn't be very helpful at those.
Whilst I'm not exactly a fan of all genres, I wouldn't bother offering to do this if I was going to go and get all offended at something. I'll give it a shot if I can be helpful, if not then it's all good.
