[Locked] FAKKU Helpers Wanted

I would like to help! Why should you pick me? Because i was a power uploader on another site that basically means that i had to add tags, descriptions, scanlation
group info and of corse upload manga but i don't think you'll let me do that. Hell i enjoyed it so much that after the site got taken down or something not exactly sure what happend to it i continued to add/edit manga info on Manga Updates.

PS. Would we be able to change who translated a manga? Because the translator on Pisu Hame! 1-3 is wrong.

Yeah would love to help out and be an asset to you guys. Would be tagging doujins, putting descriptions, and put up alternate links for the downloads on the site. Got a pretty clear schedule in front of me and would love to help you out to the best of my ability.

I would like to help. I've been around fakku for like 4 years... losing accounts because i forget my pass XD... Yet i visit fakku every day. This might be a little of topic but if your looking for translator also i can do that too.. i haven't posted translated work because i stick to fakku for all my hentai needs hahaha. Any way i have a lot of free in the afternoons so i can give you a hand. And i would really like to see this tagging system i think its an awesome idea.

I'll join in to help. You mentioned how it takes a lot of time, and I'll tell you that I have fucking loads of free time, I'm online on FAKKU for like more than 8 hours everyday, I kill all of that time by posting on the CTFG or somewhere, so I think helping FAKKU instead would be a better way to help.

Edit: Sorry if I couldn't post enough reasons for you to pick me, but I don't want to write up bullshit just so you pick me, either, gotta be honest to get a job, if 'ya know what I mean. And yes, I am a writer, you can count on me for writing skills.

I have but two question, does the person have to be well known in order to be picked to help? How exactly are the chosen few selected? I know that I have not been here for long, so I of course know that I likely shall not be implemented into such group.

I can help in tagging but , it might get messy in the descriptions parts.

I feel like I should also mention that, while scrounging for links aren't my forte, I know I can be of help with the tags and description. Grammar and spelling aren't a problem for me, considering my experience as a proofreader for Easy Going Scans.

There is indeed a need for helpers, mostly from what I see, the big part of the job is to add descriptions to the doujins. Tags are one thing but the description are almost always absent. And I do admit that sometimes the said fact did piss me off. Also I've been reading the replies on this topic and noticed alot of "I'll help just let me know if I'm in.", now I don't think that if you don't show how much you want to help out that you'll get accepted.

It is required to show a slight devotion to the cause, and to clearly state why and how you can help out. As of me I will mostly concentrate on descriptions and "Unknow" artists if I get picked. I've replied on the first page and if its not enough then this concludes my first reply.

Take for example, I founded a forum wich in the end never got released. It takes time and patience to write everything from section titles to forum descriptions. Sure, I'd be interested.

I have more than enough time since I only have about four or five hours in any given day that I can't actually be on Fakku, and a good portion of that remaining time is spent browsing or lurking around the forums. And suffice it to say that I don't mind spending my time with tasks, and ironically enough, I actually enjoy the seemingly mundane tasks.

Hi, I would like to sign myself up for helping as well.

I will admit I am not the most skilled when it comes to tech or the "under the bonnet" workings of a website, but once given instructions I can preform most task.
Frankly, as a user I would appreciate clear descriptions and tags, so if I can be useful in making this happen, I will like to be apart of the process. While I currently have the free time as I am between jobs, I am sure to continuously dedicate myself.

I'll help with the tagging, but with description I don't think I would be good at that either I would make it too short or not very appealing.

I'd be more than delighted to help out Fakku! This is also perfect for me since I tend to only laze off in bed; bug my friends of what their doing and if I can join in. So If I can get chosen for this it'll be a blast! It's like having a job that you'd love and of course, you'd never get bored of it!

Due to the overwhelming response, I suspect not every applicant will be selected. Nonetheless, I believe the enthusiasm and sincerity of each user should be taken into consideration, as these traits will help to improve both the site and forum in the long run. :)
