Dimebag NNNNNNGGHhhhhhh Darrel, no other could possibly earn this much respect and love from me.
The mere mortal that would come the closest possible to his awesomeness would be Roope Latvala.

I don't really have many favorite guitarists, in fact it's only him and Sam Totman:
- Herman Li: This guy rocks. It's really Extreme Power Metal as he said. Ever since I seen a video of him playing, I myself start playing my trusty F-300 BK. He is my inspiration and what I want to be in the future with my guitar. This guy's pure skill, not only is he blazing fast and stunt-full in his play, but he also make several videos demonstrating skillful tricks and licks. Hot Damn, that's enough to describe him.
Now, the reason I like Sam Totman is practically the same as Herman Li, since I knew Sam totman right after I knew Herman Li.

I am surprised that Steve Vai only have been mentioned twice this far(And once by myself)
To me, even if i put Tommy Emmanuel first on my list, this guy is a god. For his talent both as an guitarist, and as a musician. Gotta love that mans work.

Who said I didn't like Freak Show Express? O.o
I just posted Bad Horsie because I believe that to one of his best. ^^
And I'm no fan of Malmsteen. First of, he's an ass. Secondly, most of his work sounds to much like each other.

Yeah.. ;/ The sad thing is that most guitarists(and bands, musicians, w/e) eventually winds up just making the same stuff over and over again. And the fact that solo guitarists such as Malmsteen, Vai or Petrucci also seems to behave like they are above all others.
But I don't mind they behaving like asses as long as they do good music. ^^
