Ive got a few reasons, Not very good reasons but reasons none-the-less!
1) Its not that they are a winning team that I hate cause I like Barcelona its the arrogance of Man United that I dont like.
2) When I was in school everyone had their teams and it was all good. Some people supported Spurs, Some liked Liverpool, Man United, (But he was Kosher, A proper Man U supporter so I let that one slide) Arsenal, Leeds, Ipswich, Everton, Norwich, Cardiff and one EVEN liked Man City back when they were shit but I feel that Manchester United are especially tainted by bandwagon 'glory supporters'. A lot of people 'converted' to the "dark side" when the Red Devils started winning and experience of this disgusting event has always left a bad taste in my mouth so im always gonna be prejudiced against Man United supporters that arnt from Manchester! (Prawn sandwich eating cunts)
3) Im Welsh so this may surprise you but another reason I hate United is because of Ryan Giggs... Whenever Ryan put on a Wales jersey I never felt he truely wanted to be in it, His performances NEVER impressed me but OH~ Yes~ for Manchester he was brilliant. :( (He should've just played for England TBH, Im sure he'd have made an effort for them atleast)
4) Watched a 70's football match between Manchester and Ipswich once on tv. (Think it was part of a George Best special or something? Or a history of Man United/70's football... Whatever) Ok this is a bit unfair because 70s tactics were probably shit and they didnt know how to press properly but it just pissed me off when I saw it, Ipswich players simply WOULDN'T close down George Best or even ATTEMPT to tackle. (Fucking disgusting) Its like theres some sort of reverence towards Manchester United and people are intimidated by the "Satanic Forces" at work.
Georgey was dancing through the defence and I was like... TACKLE THE BASTARD!!! (Wheres a Ryan Shawcross when you need 'im?)
5) Not Manchester United orientated necessarily but do you remember the whole 'Madchester' shit that went on during the early 90's?
Spoiler:
Pretentious arthouse northern wankers! And all the other wannabe manc twats! I assosiate United with these Oy! Oy! CUNTS.
6) I just hate Manchester!
Spoiler:
HAH! What do you expect from football at 70s? The best one around that time probably was Real Madrid, AC Milan and Liverpool. Man United was nothing but piece of shit (talking about titles).
I personally despise Barcelona because the dive a lot (some certain players) and the way they provoke other teams is just horrible.
I myself are a fan of Manchester United but I'm not from Manchester, and that means you pretty much hate around at least 200 million people because most of people in my country is a fan of Man United. That's actually quite a lot.
The first football match I watch is the UCL Final at Camp Nou 1999 where we're facing Bayern Munich, and I was around 6 years old, and that left quite deep impression to me (even though now I don't remember much of it) and that's why I support Man United.
I probably will support any club when they are facing Man City, Chelsea, Barcelona, Inter Milan and Juventus, because I don't want any of them to win at all

I have a lot of teams I'm fond of, but only one team I actually follow- AC Milan. I'm with them since arround 1998, I've seen the scudettos, I've seen some major fails, and, being a hardcore defetist, I have never enjoyed any game I watched, apart from some classical ones I could not see in their time.
I dislike the AC Milan, but if they'd change their owner(A certain ex-president), I might change my mind.
No body likes him, not me, with my regular paying the official fanclub membership fee, not those bastards who sit in the Curva Sud, probably not even Galliani. But he has done a lot of good things for Milan, like creating the MilanLab, or signing the best player in history- Marco van Basten.
'Bout that whole "soccer"- this word is widely used in Wales and Ireland, I myself refer to soccer as calcio or fussball, football is rugby for me.

I love a good match, regardless of the team, but I do Support the Gunners.
Valencia would be my 2nd choice, Hoffenheim, Benfica, Parma, PSG, etc.
I pretty much have one for every league.

United is my favorite in the Premier League. If only because they have el Chicharito.
My favorite overall is los Pumas del UNAM, Mexican Primera Division.

Yea, I'm glad one of our guys is having success in England. All the other guys that have gone so far have only been doing eh.
I'm hoping they have another match against Barcelona in the Champions League. Left me wanting so much more.

Personally Javi Martinez.
I like Milan, like Arsenal, but nothing beats my admiration to Bilbao.
Bilbao is just freaking amazing.
Have no sponsors for years (now they have one though), only use basque player, yet they have never been relegated, and moreover, they are the 3rd beast all time winner of Liga BBVA.
That's just pure... epic.

Oh, him. He is mad, but I can't find a reason why European big clubs are not trying to get his signature on a contract.
Yeah I think it is amazing, without a sponsor and still not relegated.
I admire Man United because of their titles in the pasts.
I mean, it's just amazing how one person can change a club's fate.

Hahaha, most people loves a club because of their history, I know that.
However, most major nowadays win because they have awesome players with tremendous amount of money backing them. Bilbao don't have the money, only use basque players, yet they never get relegated, always stay in the top ten, and have won the 3rd most winner of liga BBVA.
Totally different from clubs like Madrid, City or any other team who relies on munny.
