any activity that can relax your mind and body. and also avoid activities that are too stressful... get enough sunlight (your brain needs heat too), don't stay up too late, don't stay in front of the computer for too long, never eat too much before you sleep, stop taking pills (don't rely on medicine), exercise your concentration be doing activities that involves using your mind (cross-words, puzzles, sudoku(?)), always have fun without straining your body, and don't forget to laugh (laughter is the best medicine)...

Wish I could do that aswell, but since I go to a media school, allmost everything I do needs to be done on a computer >_< ( even essays and such ).
And I'm pretty concerned about my grades, and always makes up my mind to start studying for the test like 3-4 days ahead.. But every single time, I find myself doing an all nighter the day before the friggin test :x

Yeah, that does apply to me now that I'm in Uni. A lot of the stuff I have to do are done on the computer.
In my case I just turn off the Internet and do not leave any games installed during the semester.
