Free Screen Capture

Hey guys, I really need a program that lets you capture something from the screen.
And has no trials or registration.
Any suggestions?

what system are you using i have a windows 7 and its so easy you just need to push the prt sc button and open paint? or if its a mac then you can even select parts of the screen....i found it oh wikipedia....:

- Open up MS Paint
- File -> Paste

Gyazo has no interface. Just crop part of your screen and it automatically uploads it and copies to your clipboard.

zscreen lets you do more, such as cropping, window and fullscreen capture. Plus you can choose which imagehost to upload it to.
